From our Bulletproof Custom saw performance shop, this saw is hand assembled in America. The BP660 is built to meet your needs from large diameter firewood and milling to commercial tree professionals. We build these saws at our full time saw shop, inspecting every single part during assembly. Our saws have a proven track record over the years and are NOT the same as the saws you might find built by a kid on college break in his moms basement. We stand behind our saws and have a parts stock on hand for when the ground crew accidentally crushes the saw with the truck or loader.
With over a decade of experience building performance saws for milling and production logging crews we have developed a build that is not only economical but also worthy of the name Bulletproof!
We start with an aftermarket farmertec parts kit, with each component inspecfed and tested against our rigorous standards.
We use a high quality Meteor Piston and Cylinder Kit.
We replace both the wrist pin bearing and clutch bearing with Hyway components, we have had an almost zero failure rate since switching.
We use a Hyway Brand "VITON" intake Boot,
We replace the troublesome farmertec fuel Line with a Hyway brand line.
We also install a Hyway Recoil assembly which we have found to be incredibly more durable than stock farmertec.
Finally we install a Hyway Heavy Duty handle, which will withstand the abuse these saws deserve!
Each saw is started and tested then tuned in wood. We start the break in process to identify any problem components before we ship the saw.
