I BOUGHT A SAW FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY DROPPED THE BALL. I HAD TO MODIFY THE SAW AFTER IT BROKE, BUT WHEN TELLING THEM THIS...NO MORE CONTACT. I SPENT $75 FOR A PRE FLIGHT INSPECTION WHICH WAS RECOMMENDED, BUT I STILL HAD TO ADJUST THE CARB, DONT WASTE MONEY HERE. AGAIN, AFTER RAISING ISSUERS WITH THE ONLY ONE WHO DID CONTACT ME, I GOT GHOSTED BY THEM ONCE AGAIN, SO BE WARNED, PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS,THEY ARE RIGHT....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, DONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
